Fixed Fee Mediation for claims up to £50,000

Jonathan is pleased to have become a Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and to be on the CMC Panel of Mediators offering fixed fee mediation for smaller claims.

Both parties will need to agree to mediate and it is helpful to have agreed this before you approach me. I will then inform you whether the mediation session will be done in person or by telephone/video, although there is a presumption that mediations of two hours or less will be done by telephone/video.
